Position Responsibilities:

• Complete clinical documentation (Assessments, Treatment Plans, Authorizations, CANS/ANSA) in a timely manner and updated as required.
• Design of the treatment protocols employed within the agency
• Implementation of best practice and emerging practice protocols
• Assure compliance to all applicable rules, regulations, and policy, including Federal and State and Agency.
• Assure clinical policies and procedures provide the best means for direct care staff to carry out their responsibilities and achieve projected goals
